Celebrating the first birthday of the Guild
As the Guild of Spanish Property Professionals celebrates its first birthday with a reboot, we look back at year one and take a peek at the future!

The Guild of Spanish Property Professionals was created by Dean & Tyler Verdin, owners of Verdin Property, alongside and in conjunction with our founding members, including Every Home Marbella, Selling Sunsets, Fine & Country (Costa Blanca North).
Designed to bring together fellow real estate and property related companies of similar stature that shared the same moral compass and ethical way of working, the Guild continues to grow with enquiries from both colleagues and clients.
The first year was very well recieved and it has been equally rewarding to see the support and interaction of fellow professionals, all seeking to bring better standards to a very competitve market place.
The mission of the Guild has and always will be to maintain an industry standard, approach our work with integrity and increase consumer confidence throughout all our collective endeavours, we must strive to improve the industry and to work more solidly and in unison.
Going forward into our second year, the Guild will further strengthen its memberships, of course, but also bring a whole host of new and exciting ventures and opportunities for both our members and for discenring clients. Clients who are looking to work with, and be supported by professional companies.
As part of the re-boot, we introduce our brand new logo for 2023-2024, a sign of quality that is displayed by our members, and a sign of quality and discernment for potential property purchasers, our new official partner magazine Oshun Blu, was launched in the summer of 2023 and is already proving to be a great success, moving into 2024 the Guild will be launching its first ever printed version of the magazine, highlighting all things luxurious against a backdrop of blue skies and bluer waves.
There are several other things being worked on in the backround (top secret! for now) that will further strengthen our members, as well as generating new enquiries from potential customers.
All in all, it has been a very successful first year, with some super networking events like our Sunset Cocktail Party earlier in the year and our forthcoming ‘Tapas A La Playa” get together this September. Lots more events are being co-ordinated for 2024, as well as our top secret plans …..
The time is now to get involved, to shape the way we shape real estate and property in the forthcoming year and beyond.
